At Pane Fressa bakery we carry on the tradition of Ovodda, the bread village, respecting its history and using only local ingredients and centuries-old knowledge, inspired by the gestures of its community, which has always been linked to the production of pane fressa, a typical food of Sardinia now known and appreciated worldwide.

We learnt the art of baking by observing the work of women but we also learnt the precision of gestures handed down for generations which has now become part of our daily work.

We commit each day to bake genuine and fragrant bread, which has always been a companion of men in their daily work, preserving its taste unchanged over time.
